Tune-Up 850 1993

I just had my 1997 850 GLT Turbo (low Pressure) in the shop for the 60K mile scheduled service, the dealership replaced the spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, all fluids, oil, trany, coolent, brake, inspected brakes rotated and balanced tires, and much more. the cost was $380.00

if you added up all of the prices for volvo parts and lubricants (synthetic oil)
is used by mt Dealer, it would probably be close to 150-200 dollars, so 380 tax included did not seem so bad for the work that was done.

you can probably get the tune up kit from IPD for under 100, plugs, filters, dist cap, etc. and then do an oil change for about 125 your cost or less.

Be sure to use Volvo Oil Filter's if you have a turbo!
