Power Steering Shudder S70 1998

All,
Thanks for the input. I checked the power steering fluid and, sure enough, the level was way below the "add" line on the dipstick. The symptom improved a lot when I added fluid, but there is still a slight vibration at times. I hope it improves with a little more time.

On a related note. I was unable to find power steering fluid of the grade ATF as specified in the manual. Is this critical? What does ATF stand for?
