Instead, ask them to look for a leaking vacuum hose as that's been my experience everytime I see 2-3 codes for both O2 sensors and sometimes fuel trim too.

The odds of both being bad at the same time are next to none. Front O2s are somewhat common but not both together and I know that a vacuum leak triggers both codes (sometimes 3).
