technicality, ipd insists theirs is not chipping but ecu reprogramming =). 13.3 psi should get u roughly 40 or so more hp. i've read that on a manual boost controller, the volvo ecu will read the extra boost and release that pressure back down to 9.6, in essence, making any manual adjusting impossible. u'd also run a fairly lean mixture if u don't adjust the fuel too.
