Hungry CD Sc900 Won't eject CD #3

I got mine out just by trying to get it out about 20X!! Push it back in, and press #3 button, and hope for the best. I didn't touch it, when it moans and groans. It only seemed to be the #3 slot, although yesterday, a disc in #2 didn't come out, and when it finally did, it was put in the #3 slot!! Until that time i just used the #1 & #2 slots. The dealer is ordering me a new unit, under warranty thank god! At first I had suggested a new cartridge. The #3 slot looks like the white plastic piece is blocking the insertion, but the dealer said it was the whole unit, and since it was going to be replaced, I didn't argue.

Sorry I'm not of much help, but maybe try a diiferent catridge?
