Rattle in the Moonroof/Sunroof S80 1999

I have the same tinkling sound, it is caused by the wind entering the front seam on the fold back rear view mirrors.
To verify this, place black electrical tape over the seams and the noise will go away. I fixed mine using a Clear Silicon RTV, now I have a great quiet drive.
