Mine has done the same thing...first, as already mentioned, be sure the doors are unlocked. If that won't work, pull the cable behind the access panel on the inside (as shown in the manual). After you get it open, lube the pin (on the outside) that goes through the small hole on the inside of the fuel filler door. Leave the door open and operate the central locks a few times. If this does not work (you can watch it if you use your remote) either remove the selenoid or remove the tab that locks the door.
