Jonathan,

When the car unlocked itself, what happened to the radio ? Mine did that about 1 year ago. The car unlocked itself and radio reset itself at the same time. I had to re-enter the security code to get the radio working again. It turned out to be the bad/dirty grounding connection in front of the battery. You should be able to see the big long ground connector (with several teeth facing upward) in front of the battery before the headlight. If that was the case, you should unscrew the conector out and clean it well. That should fix it.
