Does TRACS limit torque steer? 850

Haven't driven a Turbo enough yet to know how bad torque steer is, but I just finished reading an article on the 'net that said the TRACS system does a good job of quelling the torque steer. Does it? Is there torque steer? I've had Saabs in the past, so I'm certainly familiar with it! ;)
