A leaky return line from a turb is very common. Parts are
a couple bucks. This site has details on the repair:

Turbos are quite reliable, so I would not worry about that.

We have a 95 855 and 98 S70 T5 and both burn a bit more then
a quart between oil changes. This is reported (here) to be within
normal acceptable range for our engines.
