Can't turn off TRACS 850 1995

TRACS should be on when the light is lit. if it's always on, u can always try parking on some slippery pavement, or spray some water under the tire, turn the steering wheel to one side full lock and mash the gas pedal. this way, u can really tell if the tracs is on; it should be very intrusive, the brakes kicking in.
