The boots on my "95 are shot also. I am just waiting for the tell-tale ticking in the front end to have it repaired. The pricing you are getting seems very high. The local shops around Atlanta have been quoting me $350-400 to replace both front axles with remanufactured axles. I would look around a bit more. Pick t­e car up and try someone else.
