If you only change what is in the pan (using non-synthetic), 15,000 or yearly will give the best results. If you change it all, you could most likely go for 25-30,000 (but change early if fluid starts changing color).

If you change to a good synthetic, should be sufficient to change what is in the pan every 30-50,000 miles. (I use the higher figure using AMSOIL ATF).
