Ok here now do what I said... hiiii I have many beer today...

Flashing airrow main PNP switch.. is bad... this happend to all volvo owner nothing new... do this ..

1. Put the car in park and run the gear lever back and forth throung all the gear... for about 30 times.. yes.. 30 time it will start right aways...

Now do the next thing why because this what I do and every one here tell me to do so..

go to www.volvospeed.com log in there know as BAY13

look under PNP repair switch... it will have detail unstruction with pictures. step by step showing how to fix your mother car.. very easy ...

the part PNP switch will cost you at dealer is $130 call around local shop and you will get the same part for $70 why ?? because that I paid for when I call around...

the airrow flashing but the car in what we call limp mode.

if you to carefull most dealer will sell your mother a new transmission $3500
even know she not need one... this happend many times...

so go to BAY13 and learn how to help your mother save some big $$$$$$$$$ and get to know your 850
