questions about mods for my v70 t5

Hi everyone, for my first time on the board i have a few questions about mods.I have a v70 '98 t5 and i want to change the hole exhaust ( downpipe,hi flow cat plus cat-back) the car has 167000km on it never had any problems should i change the o2 sensors?? How many hp's for the hole exhaust???? I have also a manual boost controller, how many psi is safe for the engine???? And finally, should i change the gas pump for a higher flow after these mods???? Thanks u very very much .Dan
