manual boost controller

Hi everyone, I need your help concerning my manual boost controller.I want to know how many psi is safe for the engine.I have the 2.3l turbo(t5) with the intake done and soon the hole exhaust will be too!!! I know that my car runs on 7.8psi stock how high can i go without damaging the engine. THANK YOU Daniel
