If you are only going to change your tranny fluid every 100,000 miles I would spend the extra bucks and go for Mobil 1.

Personally I think that changing ATF at 100,000 miles is way too long for regular dino ATF. I'll bet you anything that you WILL notice a dramatic change in the way your transmission shifts after you change the fluid.

If you are definitely going to stay with Dino ATF then i would say that Castrol is probably as good as any of them. Remember, Most mechanics use only 1 brand because that is who they do business with and they get a break for only using that brand. It's pretty rare to see someone actually offer you a choice of using either Castrol or Penzoil or Brand XYZ oil. Usually it's only one choice.
