ipd can do both. u can either send in ur own ecu for reprogramming, or u could ask for an already-programmed ecu and then ship ur ecu back to ipd after u get one from ipd. there's a core-charge that would be removed after ipd gets ur ecu.

i had my own ecu sent in fo reprogramming.
