Very common problem 850 1995

Ah yes, the old reclining seat problem. There is a drive cable in the seatback that gets rounded off and either needs to be replaced or shortened. The cable costs less than $40 at a dealer. There are very good instructions on Volvospeed for replacing. You can use snap ties instead of hog rings. Good luck.
