bolt on turbo 850 1995

I have a 850 [NO TURBO:-(] I was wondering what is the best (for the $) bolt on turbo charger kit? I've seen the one on eastern aerospace catalog but that only bring my car's HP to 210. (6 psi of boost, 40 HP gain) I WANT MORE! but I don't want to pay more than $1500. Any solutions? Thank you in advance
