s70 leaking/using oil - too much pressure-??? S70 1998

Fellow owners - I've not had this problem with my other Volvos.
My n.a. S70 has started to leak oil around the filter and use oil. Probably 1 qt.
per 2,500 miles.

I went looking for the flame trap clogging, found it to be okay,cleaned itand
now looking for the PCV trap?

I cannot even see the trap, rumored to be under the #1/#2 intake runners.

Open to all suggestions, cause at 88,000 miles I want this motor to last.

What is the simple way to find the PCV trap??
