Vibrating Sunroof wind deflector 850 1997

Bought a "slightly" used oem wind deflector. Came with all the associate clips and stuff, but no instructions. I'm 99.99% sure I installed it correctly, but it begins to vibrate at 70+ mph. It is especially noticable with the sunroof closed.

The only way I see to tighten it is on the end brackets that have screws, but you can only pull those so far. Short of bending the clips that snap on across the middle, I don't see any other solution.

Any ideas on how to resolve?
