Volvo Vadis CD's. Need some info.

Volvo has not printed paper manuals for any car since 1998. We paid something in the range of $1700 for ONE year and ONE model of repair information from Volvo on their online service which frankly sucks. So to be honest, I wouldn't feel all that bad about having illegal software as Volvo has enough of our money already for a product that doesn't deliver as promised (Swedish servers crash 3-4 times weekly, sometimes daily.
