'96 850s ONLY 850

It's described in the original (now old) paper SB# 59-801 and it's a proceedure best done by a dealer tech who's done it before as there are 4 wiring crimp connectors under the fusebox that must be replaced due to poor resistance. The relays are all removed, the fusebox is pulled up and the 4 wire crimp connectors (in a "maze" of wires), identified in the SB are the cut out and replaced. I solder the wires rather than use more crimp connectors to avoid the chance of the problem re-occuring.
