Power Steering Squealing

Check the fluid level.

See what it does when someone else turns the wheel with the engine on. In other words try to mimic the situation while observing with the hood open.

It may be a loose belt. Check to see if it has proper tension or if it needs to be replaced.

If the fluid level is okay and the belts are tight and look good, then you might have a bad pump.
