Low Coolant Light S70 1999

I had the same problem after hitting a large pothole. The sensor at bottom of reservoir became dislodged, causing dash light to turn on. Someone on this board suggested giving the side of the reservoir a couple of hard hits with the hand.
I did, and this highly technical repair worked. That was a year ago and the problem hasn't returned.
