I would not wait for them to call you. The Factory Rep has a set schedule as to when they visit Dealers. Your Service Rep can set up an appointment now and give you a time and date as to when to bring in the car for inspection.

All the Factory Rep is looking for is to make sure that it is normal wear that is your problem and not owner abuse.
