oil/water problem 400 1992

Thanks Arno.
However, the hose in question is getting completely blocked about every month or two. And unfortunately there's no rust on the dipstick and no sludge in the filler cap. The engine oil is perfectly clear and clean.
I'm totally lost with this one!
