Warning Lights 850

I have a 1996 850 Turbo that I purchased new and it has been well-maintained and regularly serviced. I am now at just over 80,000 miles and recently when I start the car, the orange lights on the dash come on that say "ABS" and "TRACS OFF". These lights now stay on all the time after I start the car.
I am not sure if I have a blown fuse, short or some more serious problem. Has anyone had this problem and if so, how did you solve it. Thanks in advance,
