Engine noise rattling 850 1996

Could anybody give advice? Regarding rattling noise.
Only came about after adjusting, (5 turns)Turbo wastegate, on my precious 850 R.
Many thanks, Bee. P.S. How tight do you apply the 2 bolts on heat shield?.
The one's with the springs on. What purpose are the springs.? Bee
