When to do an engine tune up? 850 na 850 1995

the wires, cap and rotor will go well over 100k. I changed mine at ~100K, and did not see any difference. later volvo teck told me they do not change wires, cap and rotor until it stars having problems.
spark plugs: the volvo manual says 30K.
I just checked my plugs today (~20K) and they looked good (bosch 4+s)
If you feel loss of power change plugs only (oe volvo 3 elecrtode or bosch 4+)
