Comman Problems S40-V40

I have a S40 2001 and my fuel tank does the same thing. At one point I would fill it up with gas and the gas gauge would take a day or so to go to the full point. So, I had a computer upgrade and that worked but thanks to these messages I too only get 12 gallons. I have had this car not a year yet and have always thought it had a 12 gallon tank. My car has had an exponential amount of problems and it needs to be lemoned!
