PCV Blockage 850 1997

I've had an ongoing problem with sludge and condensation in my oil. My 97 850 (light turbo) has 125,000 km and the dealer says my PCV lines are clogged and need to be cleaned out. He also says the intake manifold must be removed to do this, and the price is $480 (CDN).

a) has any one else had this problem?

b) is the procedure on any web-sites?

c) is this just dealer bullsh*t?
