Knocking sound from suspension? S70 1998

My front spring mounts were replaced less then a year ago and a-arm bushings replaced recently.

However I get this knocking sound (kinda like knocking on an oak wood door) coming whenever I hit irregular road surfaces. It occurs at the front and rear sections of the car.

My thought are:

1) Spring mounts kaput again?]
2) Wheel bearing?
3) Ball joint?
4) Engine mounts?

Can anyone advise how should I check for the source of the knocking?
