front O2 sensor: best source for 850 1996

I have a check engine light, and dealer tells me it is an O2 sensor, but replacement cost is outrageous. I started looking for prices for the front sensor, and am getting prices from $100 to $330 for the part. Volvo comes in at $150. Does anyone know a good source for a quality inexpensive sensor? Thanks, Andy
