Fog light installation - some answers 850 1993

Thanks all!

I think that is the connector I'm looking for. I will try again this weekend since the wife drives the car and I can't get to it until then. Will keep you posted. I also read Erlend's desription. May or may not apply to the 1993 model, which IS quirkier.

BTW (perhaps I should start another thread here?), I tried to replace the ball joints last year, to no avail. I couldn't get the bolts out holding the knuckles together, thus couldn't get the joints themselves off. And I tried prying and banging until I started stripping the bolt heads. That's when I decided to give up... The dealer wanted an outrageous fee for this job, so I passed!
Any ideas or suggestions? I have already searched the archives. Special tools required?
