Steve -I dunno the part#(none is on the back or front), but its a black key fob with 2 grey buttons: one on top of the other(NOT NEXT TO EACH OTHER). Top one button say Lock/Panic, the bottom says unlock. Also there is a little leather stap to connect the keys.
