If you hear a tick or click and nothing happend it could be a bad relay..

the relay seat in the back you can see it.. I forget either green or black.

Unplug the relay and plug it back and see what happend...

here try this out...

turn on the car...
turn on the fan motor to max
now go to the passenger side and start to 1 by 1 move all the wire around and see what happend good change or you will hear the motor kick on and runing...

than this tell you that there some lose connection some where..

1.. what I did with mine was I leave the pannal off and drive it around for few day every time it stop work I lean over and push the wire around and the motor come back on... this is a comfirmation not bad motor, not resistor pack, not relay .. but bad connection...

be patience all your problem is right in that are...

You can alway use a voltmeter and unplug the connector that go into the motor itself and see if you get any voltage there ?? if nothing there mean motor still good just power never get to it...
