did you check out the ATR pit bull racing website? they sell a Race downpipe with cat and with a cat bypass pipe, they appear both to be taped for the O2 sensors. http://www.atrperformance.com/ click on "featured products" then click on Volvo 850 turbo.

it may be a soloution to your problem, as far as freight goes who knows$$$
