The mirror trim just prys off. No screws. The trim around the inner handle is difficult. I use a plastic trim tool, about 6" long, 3/4" wide. Place tool horizontally behind trim and twist. The trim clips are tight. Volvo recomends bending the end of a screwdriver to 90deg, grab trim from behind, and pull. Either way, it took mee about 20-30 door panel revovals before I was able to get the handle trim off without breaking it.
