Reliability? Why lease? V70-XC70

Two years ago I bought 1998 V70GLT that was leased for two years. It had 36,000 km back then now has 120,000 km. Apart from scheduled maintenance the only problems I've only had problems with: lift gate lock (replaced under warranty), stabilizing link (warranty), oxygen sensor (my wallet), secondary air injection system check valve (wallet again).
Would I buy again? Yes, I would.
