s60 lpt throttle and boost 850 1997

the S60 and all '99 and up bricks (except the x40s) have an ETM or electronic throttle module, there's no throttle cable. Under certain conditions, when the pedal in 3/4 down the T-Plate may actually be wide open. This allows the compressor to spool up on it's own without having to blip the throttle. It allows people who aren't used to driving a turbo to get maximum performance without having to play with the throttle.
