SRS light 850

I had to remove the steering wheel (94 850) and I drove the car for a day without the airbag installed. After reinstalling and rechecking the connections the SRS light does not go out. I think I have set a code and need to reset it, but I can find no information on how to access the SRS codes and how to interpert them. I have used the under hood socket to read the engines codes and reset them. Are the SRS codes available there?
