Bill, it looks like you got the code right, but the tape is stuck. without forcing it out and wrecking the cassette mechanism, I would take the radio out and open up the metal outsides and take tape out that way. Then, you can clean it up and get it de-magnitized. BTW, I have a SC810 also.
