DTC 27 Code S40-V40

Just today I was at the dealer with the "Check engine light" letter. I lost the OBC and clock data at ~ 10,000 of my '01 V40 (now it has ~ 12,000 miles). Reported the problem but they could not detect what's wrong! Seems strange since I saw some reports on the subject. I was asked to come at once if this happens again. I am not a car expert, and have no idea what could cause the data lost.

By the way, I am very happy with my car which I drive since January 2001. So far, no problems except those recall letters (knock on wood!), and the OBC data lost.
