An 8" wide rim requires a tire width of atleast 235. That's a tire that is 23.5cm wide. First of all that is too wide already, and you'd be looking at rubbing problems from that width. Secondly, as soon as I read 19", I started laughing. The 850 wheel well is ridiculously small. Especially for a car its size, and sporting nature. To maintain a proper wheel diameter, you would need a tire wall width of about 6.44cm. So with a 235 tire, you would need a profile of about 27. So you'd be looking at a tire that is 235/27/19 to replace your 205/50/16. Since profiles only go in steps of five, you would be purchasing a tire of 235/25/19. Your side wall width would go from 10.25cm to 5.88cm.
The only way I can see this fitting is if you roll/cut your fenders, and get an offset that would offset the wheel further outwards, or use spacers. At this point, you will have spent thousands on the body modification, and you would be wearing through suspension, steering, and drivetrain components at a phenomenal rate.
In short, no way!
