Post Sway Bar Install 850

I thought I would post again.

I installed the IPD Anti-Sway bars last week. Now the large plastic washer on the struts is sitting about 1/4" above the strut plate.

Is this normal?

Thanks - And thanks for the earlier post, but I need more info.
