Help, tough time getting my 850 fixed 850 1996

O- without looking at all the replies in your original post, I can tell you it's total B.S! I'm assuming you spoke to the claims company, so you should ask them if they are familiar with how suspensions work(u never know it could be a bunch of financial types running the show). Also, let them know that size tire and rim is a Volvo recomended(sp) size(regardless of original or optional). I'm no lawyer, but I am well versed in the trade(I work for a big NYC firm) and it appears you have a case. Just pay an atty. $50 to prepare and send off a certified letter and request the claim be honored in 30days. won't hurt to include any docs u may have. If they don't, fix your self, then have the same atty. file a suit(for ALL your expenses- repairs, legal fees, interests, lost days off work, etc.) and you will be suprised how glad they'll be to cut you a check. BD
P.S- that why I'm a skeptic on ext. warranty from many companies; they ALWAYS try to deny u coverage if you do ANYTHING to your car. good luck, D
