Driver Side Window Track S70 1998

Searching the archives for information i've found a bunch of people explaining what the problem is, but no one offered a solution.

My driver's side window track is hanging loose inside the door. If I remove the red light from the door frame and reach a finger in I can feel it dangling there. (Not to mention the OBNOXIOUS noise it makes when you open/close the door or just drive the car)

Anyone have an easy fix? I assume I'll have to take the door panel off (ordered a panel removal tool a few days ago, should be here soon, I don't wanna break those damn clips) but not sure what to do after that.
