Anything's possible but there's alot more to the OEM turbo car than just its engine. Differences include: trans, wiring, fuel system components including all related wiring harnesses and ECUs (both engine and trans) for starters, then add the turbos radiator with its oil cooler, intercooler with its plumbing and possibly a few other minor details that I'm forgetting at the moment.
All in all, by the time you find a good doner parts car (like a wreck somewhere) and do all that you'll end up spending way more money and alot of time than you would had you just sold your car and bought the real car instead.
